NOTICE OF AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING FOR ALL POTENTIAL APPLICANTS FOR PLHA/PIP FUNDING ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF CRESCENT CITY FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS

Notice is hereby given that the City of Crescent City will conduct an informational meeting on March 20, 2025, at 3:00 pm via Zoom, in order to discuss the application process for Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) and Prohousing Incentive Program (PIP) funds.

There is approximately $1 million available for eligible projects and the City will begin accepting project proposals at a later date to be determined after the Call for Projects meeting. These funds must be used for housing development projects that benefit low-to-moderate income individuals. The purpose of this public meeting will be to give citizens an opportunity to get a program overview and discuss the potential for future housing projects.
